Maintaining positive change in a negative environment is often energetically draining.
Set an intention before you go to sleep to connect to love. Allow your mind and body to be immersed in love and feel yourself drifting off into a safe and blissful sleep.
When you wake allow yourself to think of 3 positive words that describe you. Say them to yourself in the mirror and feel the energy of them as you repeat each one three times.
Allow yourself to stay focussed on this feeling and love throughout your day. Notice if you begin to drift into negative conversations, situations or listen to negative news. Repeat the 3 words to yourself to remind you to stay positive in the now.
Watching your diet and keeping to foods that you know help you to feel healthy will also keep your energies in a stronger and healthier state of being.
