Freedom
What does it mean to you to be free? What would it take to free your mind to allow yourself to be free?
Freedom is different things to different people. Each of you will be satisfied with differing levels of freedom. You are all unique in your approach to freedom and what it entails for you.
Freedom in truth means to go with the flow. To let go of the need to do and instead to simply be - Being is a way of living. It allows you to walk from one thing to the next in a way that seems effortless. It has no negativity about it as you approach each challenge that presents itself as part of an experience you have chosen to have.
The body is the same. It flows freely when your mind is free. It highlights to you areas of your mind that are blocked or are under control by you or others. It guides you to make improvements when required and makes you aware of ways you can do this by leading you to the specialists that can help.
Listening to your body intuitively can help enhance your life. After all whom better to guide you than yourself on what is right for you.
Your body is sensitive to the way you live. Sometimes this is not always obvious if a person is oblivious to this. If they often desensitise themselves with caffeine, alcohol, drugs (whether recreational or medicinal) sugar and poor diet, they will not have any awareness of the deep routed damage they could be doing as a result.
When you have a headache, do you take a pill to rectify it or do you take the time to understand why your body is reflecting this to you?
Next time you feel a pain, ask yourself, what emotional aspect of my life at this moment is feeling out of balance. Perhaps there is a reason beyond the pain that is the root cause of what is happening.
You are the captain of your ship. If you fail to take charge, you could end up in turbulent waters. If you wish for a smoother ride, increasing your awareness of your body and what it needs will help you live a healthier and happier life.
With love
