Today be in allowance of all that is in the now present moment. Allow yourself to stop, look and listen. To feel what is happening around you. To notice the smells, to hear the sounds, to taste the air.
The more connected you become to this present moment the more you will notice my vibration as you read or hear this message. Each word that is written or spoken carries with it a vibration that your body and mind interpret. The more in tune you are with your body, the greater your experience will be when reading or listening to anything you choose to do so.
Your body is an amazing vessel that can achieve great things no matter what your experiences have been or are. Greatness is merely a paradox of the mind. It has been labeled in all aspects of life. Yet if you were to take life back to simplicity itself, you would see all that you achieve as great.
Try observing yourself for the next five minutes. Notice the movements in your body, the thoughts in your mind, the emotions and feelings that you are having. Notice how you feel about those around you or about the surroundings you are in. See yourself exactly as you are in this moment of time.
The more aware you become of yourself in any moment the more that you can direct yourself to focus on what is important. It is easy to become distracted by thoughts, feelings, people, animals and processes around you for this is your unconscious state of awareness. Bringing yourself into a conscious state means that you experience everything from a state of full awareness, rather than a state of familiarity. It gives you greater clarity.
Consider this, when you see a flower, do you see it as simply another flower of that kind or do you take the time to see it for its own true beauty? When you see a person, do you see them through the judgments and expectations that you hold from your previous experiences or do you see them entirely for the unique individual they are? Each time you see them thereafter, are they just a reflection of how you saw them previously, or do you see them in the unique moment of now? True appreciation means to see all things as they exist right now.
Being truly in the moment of now means to see everything as unique and fresh as if it has been brought into your awareness for the first time - like the birth of a new baby. By being this present means that you can connect to the beauty within you and experience things from a state of pure consciousness rather than one that is tainted from the past.
You have a choice how to live. Which way do you feel will bring you the greatest experience of living here on the earth? Which way do you feel will connect you to the vibration of all there is so that you feel things more deeply?
Wishing you all love in this moment of now. After all there is no other moment.
