To become a Saint means to let go of ego and to live completely from the divine love within that you hold. It means to devote your life to the joy of sharing love and peace with all and seeing all through the eyes of compassion and unconditional love.
For many this is a tall order for it has not been shown to you and therefore how can you become a role model of it yourself. Yet this very way of being exists within all. The teachings of how are already there. It is the very essence of who each of you are.
Life upon the earth has become confused and the ego in most is thriving. The ego encourages reactions to situations that cause misery. This misery results in negative actions and thoughts that cause pain. This pain can often turn into illness whether physical or mental. Once in pain it can be hard to change your perception and life feels as though it is one challenge after another.
When you live from the divine energy within you, life can transform. The negative thoughts will disappear and be replaced with loving ones. The pain will disappear and the body will once more become at ease. The ego will lie dormant and your belief in yourself and others will encourage you to live life at your best. You will see all with compassion and love all unconditionally, including yourself.
Imagine yourself achieving all that you hope to do in this lifetime. Imagine the feelings of elation as you do.
Everyone deserves to be happy. No matter what their past, a person always has the opportunity to amend this and to change their ways. You always have the opportunity to let go of hurtful things that have happened to you and to see life with a different perspective.
The more you can learn to live in the NOW moment the more you will face what is real in your life and find ways to change it. Whilst you focus on the past or on the future, your mind is not present, and so will not change a thing. Instead it will allow the ego to grow and eventually let the misery set in.
Ask yourself, what one thing can I do today that will help me to stay present in the NOW. You could try observing yourself for the next hour. Notice the thoughts and feelings that you have. What do they tell you about your life? In this moment of reality, what is making you feel at disease that could be let go of?
There is never a moment in your life where you have no choice as to how to be, even if it appears that this is not the case. No one else has your mind, feels your feelings, shares your body or has your unique perception.
Let today be a special day and make a change that brings you joy.
With love
