As your mind begins to clear allow the thought of a rainbow to show itself and choose a colour that resonates with you most. Use this colour to readdress the mind into new patterns of thinking that will replace those that have been washed away. Focus upon it and allow your mind to reveal inspirational and intuitive thoughts.
